The white kid is happier about his upcoming sibling than the black kid. Perhaps the photographer is more interesting than the belly - the kid does seem to sorta be looking into the camera.

I'm scared to sleep in silk pajamas, because I generally wake up covered in my own sweat. I just feel more comfortable wearing something that won't cost a month's salary if I accidentally rip it in my sleep. Fancy sleeping clothes are often required in Expectant Parent Fantasy Land.
