Okay, this could be an actual photo. There's no photography tricks, other than the slight turn, and it's got windows. You could argue that she just finished exercising and she took a photo. (It's still a white room.)

But I wonder - they never seem to have nauseated women who are uncomfortable no matter which way they sit. Plus all the pregnant women in these magazines are models who look great because they have a small army of people to help them look fantastic.

I just wonder if any women are depressed when they read these magazines?
